UAE residence visas
There are several ways to obtain UAE residency. They differ in how long the visa lasts, what it is based on and what is required of the applicant — pick the one that fits, or write to us and we will work it out together.
Golden visa via propertyTen years. Based on property you own worth 2 million AED or more.Golden visa via depositTen years. Based on a 2 million AED bank deposit.Retirement visaFive years, for applicants aged 55 and over. A deposit or property worth at least 1 million AED.Investor visaTwo years. Based on property worth over 750,000 AED, which cannot be sold while the visa is valid.Family visaFor a spouse and children, when one of the spouses already holds UAE residency or a golden visa.Staff employmentWork visas for the employees of a company registered in the UAE.Emirates IDThe resident card. It comes with the visa, and without it you cannot open a personal bank account.
