1. Legalization of Personal Documents following the requirement in the UAE

(Diplomas, marriage certificates, birth certificates, etc.)

We will pick up your original documents, certify them at the consulate of the required country, translate them into Arabic, legalize them at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and then return them to you by courier to your address.

Documents: Original document requiring MOFA attestation (marriage certificate, birth certificate, educational diplomas)

Costs: from 1,900 AED*

*1900 AED if original copies are provided, 2200 AED if scan copies are provided. (The price is for a standard double-sided document; if an appendix needs to be legalised together with the diploma, the price is calculated based on the length of the document)

Timeline: 7-9 days

2. Legalization of Commercial Documents for the UAE

We will pick up the original documents from you, have them certified at the consulate of required country), translate them into Arabic, get them certified at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and then return them to your address by courier. Such legalization may be required for submitting documents to banks and government authorities in the UAE.

Documents: Original document requiring MOFA certification (commercial documents)

Costs: from 4,500 AED

Timeline: 7-9 days

3. Legalization of UAE Commercial Documents for Other Countries

We will pick up your original documents, and get them certified at the MOFA. Then we can translate the documents into a foreign language and provide them to the consulate of the required country. Such authentication may be required for submitting UAE documents to foreign entities (banks and government authorities).
