UAE Investor Visa for 2 years (from 750k AED)

To apply for a 2-year investor visa, the value of properties owned by the applicant must exceed 750,000 AED.


The investor visa holder will not be able to sell the property. If the property is sold, the visa needs to be cancelled.

Documents required to apply for an Investor visa:

  • Scan of passport
  • White background passport photo 3.5 × 4.5 (in a digital format)
  • Documents proving ownership of the property (Title Deed, or OQOOD)
  • Statement of Account from the developer, if the apartment is purchased on an installment plan

Cost: 16,500 AED

The price includes all government fees, medical examination, visit to the biometric centre, and printing of the Emirates ID card.

Process of obtaining an Investor visa:

7. Bank accountOnce you receive your Emirates ID, you can go to the bank (in person) to open an account and get a bank card (in person).5-7 working days

Investor visa holders must visit the UAE once every 12 months
