Powers of attorney at the Russian Consulate

We will book a queue-free appointment day at the consulate. You will need to send us the document package in advance and come to the consulate in person on the appointed date to sign the power of attorney.

Documents:

• Internal Russian passport with the registered address of the principal. The original passport must be brought to the consulate.
• Internal Russian passport with the registered address of the attorney-in-fact (scan).
• Text of the power of attorney.

When signing, bring the originals of your internal passport and your international passport.

Timeline: 1-3 days

Cost: Non-urgent (3 working days after approval of the draft and payment) — 2,300 AED. Urgent (the next working day after approval and payment) — 2,900 AED.

Applying for a Russian international passport

We will book a queue-free appointment at the consulate for submitting your documents. You must come to the consulate in person with the full set of documents.

Documents:

• Valid international passport. Bring the original to the consulate.
• Internal Russian passport with the registered address. Bring the original to the consulate.
• Completed employment history form
• Photo of the UAE entry stamp (or visa).
