UAE Golden Visa for 10 Years via Real Estate

To be eligible to apply for a 10-year Golden Visa, the value of the properties owned by the applicant must exceed 2 million AED.

A golden visa holder will not be able to sell the property used for the visa for 2 years. If the property is sold, the golden visa needs to be cancelled.

If your properties fit this description, we will submit them to the commission and receive preliminary confirmation that your case is eligible for a visa.

Submission for pre-approval is free of charge. After pre-approval, there will be no unexpected refusals. The pre-approval itself will take about 2 days.

Documents required to apply for a golden visa:

• Scan of passport
• White background passport photo 3.5 × 4.5 (in a digital format)
• Documents proving ownership of the property (Title Deed, or OQOOD)
• Statement of account from the developer

Cost: 15,000 AED (VAT not included). If the commission confirms that the documents are in order, the further processing of the golden visa will cost 15,000 AED.

You can also obtain a golden visa in 72 hours — the cost of this service will be 24,000 AED (VAT not included).

The price includes all government fees, medical examination, visit to the biometric centre, and printing of the Emirates ID card.

Process of obtaining a Golden Visa:
