3. Obtaining Trade License, Certificate of Formation, MOA, Establishment Card	Outside the UAE.	5-7 working days
4. Applying for the residence visa for the company owner	Outside the UAE.	3-4 working days
5. Entry Permit	Outside the UAE.	5-10 working days
6. Entry into the UAE	You have 40 days to enter the UAE.
7. Medical Examination	You are in the UAE.	1-2 working days
8. Biometrics	You are in the UAE.	1-2 working days
9. “Pink” Residence Visa	You are in the UAE. After obtaining the “pink” visa, you can leave the UAE.	1 working day
10. Emirates ID	Emirates ID is delivered to our office address without your presence; we will hand it over to you once you return to the UAE.	3-10 working days
11. Personal Bank Account	You are in the UAE. You submit documents to the bank (in person) and receive the bank card (in person) in 3-5 days. You can apply for the card on your own or with our assistance.	5-10 working days
12. Corporate Bank Account	After receiving the ID, we submit the documents to the bank.	1 working day

The following documents are required to set up a company:

• Foreign passport
• White background digital photo 3.5 × 4.5
• Contact number, email, address of owners, and desired company name
• Entry stamp into the UAE (if you are inside the country)
• Scan of previous Emirates ID (if available)

Costs:

The turnkey company setup in a free zone will cost from 25,000-30,000 AED depending on the type of business activity and the chosen free zone. Additionally, each two-year visa will cost approximately 7,000-8,000 AED.
